Deaf Sailing USA (DSUSA) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing sailing within the Deaf, DeafBlind, and hard of hearing communities throughout the United States. We believe sailing should be accessible to everyone, regardless of communication needs.
Through partnerships with yacht clubs, sailing schools, community organizations, and international governing bodies, DSUSA creates opportunities for people to learn, compete, develop leadership skills, and build lifelong friendships through sailing.
We support recreational sailors, competitive athletes, coaches, volunteers, and future leaders while advocating for communication access and Deaf representation throughout the sailing community.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, DSUSA relies on volunteers, community partnerships, sponsors, and donors to expand opportunities for Deaf sailors across the country.
